Malvern Netball Club was established in 1989 to provide an opportunity for Malvern Primary School girls and boys to play netball on a regular basis outside the school environment. Many of our players started playing for our club whilst they were a student at Malvern Primary, but membership is open to all.

We field over twenty teams each week. We have players from Grade 3 level up to Open teams.

We play as part of the Waverley District Netball Association (WDNA ).

Games are played on outdoor courts situated on the corner of Cassinia Ave and Farmer St Ashwood. Ashwood is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

WDNA organizes their competitions into Age Group and Open Sections. There are two seasons played each year, a winter season of 14 rounds with finals held in August, and a Spring Season of 10 rounds with finals played in December.

Our aim is to provide a positive, fair environment for our players, by emphasising enjoyment and by providing appropriate development and competitive experiences.
